2. Eligibility
To apply for a loan with RealFinanse ltd, you must:
- Be between 18 and 75 years of age
- Be a resident of Ireland
- Have a regular source of income
- Have a valid bank account in your name
- Have a valid email address and phone number
3. Loan Terms
RealFinanse ltd offers personal loans from €1,000 to €900,000 with repayment terms between 12 and 360 months. The interest rate and terms of your loan will be determined based on your individual circumstances and creditworthiness.
4. Application Process
When you apply for a loan, we will perform an initial soft credit search which does not affect your credit score. If you proceed with your application, a full credit check will be performed which may impact your credit score.
5. Repayments
Monthly repayments are collected via Direct Debit on your chosen payment date. You may repay your loan early at any time without penalty.
6. Late Payments
If you miss a payment, you should contact us immediately. Late or missed payments may result in additional charges and could affect your credit rating.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to withdraw from your loan agreement within 14 days of signing. You also have the right to repay your loan early at any time.
8. Data Protection

9. Réclamations
If you have a complaint, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman.
