How It Works

  1. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days.
  2. Investigation: We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly.
  3. Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 40 business days. If we need more time, we will let you know.
  4. Final Response: We will provide you with a final response letter explaining our decision and any actions we have taken.

If You're Not Satisfied

If you're not satisfied with our final response, or if we haven't resolved your complaint within 40 business days, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman:
